Dietz & Watson Inc., Philadelphia, is launching Chicken Parmigiana for merchandising at the supermarket full-service deli.

The selection is made from extra lean chicken breast that is coated and cooked in corn flour crumbs with aged parmesan cheese, Italian seasonings and a tangy marinara sauce.
